A popular cottage for couples, though it can also take a cot, Lily Pad is an attractive single storey cottage converted from old stone and slate stores, with a lovely view over fields down to the Little Petherick Creek from the bedroom window. The entrance, through the ever popular stable door, leads into a comfortable lounge. This has two generous 2-seater leather reclining Stressless sofas to snuggle into, in front of the romantic log burner stove. For entertainment a flatscreen LED TV with Google TV (for streaming) is provided.

The cottage is open plan, with the kitchen equipped with all the things you may need down to items such as a cafetiere and garlic press. A solid oak dining room table comfortably accommodates 4 chairs.

This leads through into the bedroom, which has a white-washed tongue and groove boarded vaulted ceiling with exposed beams and a king sized double bed with sumptuous deep mattress. The bathroom is en-suite and has a large walk in thermostatic power shower. Many of the walls have been retained in a white washed stone finish to enhance the 'rustic' look. The cottage is fully double glazed and centrally heated.

Outside there is a totally enclosed and gated decked garden area, with a herbaceous border, for the exclusive use of the occupants of Lily Pad Cottage. A lovely place to enjoy the fabulous views down to the creek.
